Wiping with a wet cloth will remove most stains. If the item needs to be thoroughly cleaned, hand wash it in lukewarm water with plain soap, then wring it out and leave to dry. 

Avoid placing felt items in the washer or dryer -- felt is very delicate and can be easily damaged by the agitation of the washing machine or the tumbling and heat of a dryer.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If the item is damaged the customer is responsible for the amount required.
